The Association of Indian Universities (AIU), in partnership with Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, G100 – Universities & Thought Leadership Wing, and Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, Delhi, is thrilled to announce this exciting event happening on August 21–22, 2025, in the beautiful Bhimtal, Uttarakhand.
This prestigious two-day conference is all about pushing forward the idea of “Promoting Women-Led Development for Viksit Bharat.” It’s a fantastic opportunity for women leaders in higher education, policymakers, and influential thinkers to come together and discuss the important themes that are shaping the future of academia and women’s leadership in India.

Day 1 Highlights – August 21, 2025
We kick things off with a grand inaugural session featuring some remarkable dignitaries:

The second day dives into the themes of leadership, wellbeing, and cultural transformation:
• Balancing Leadership & Wellbeing – focusing on mental health, achieving work-life harmony, and promoting sustainable leadership practices.
• Women as Agents of Socio-Cultural Transformation – inspired by Bhartiya Gyan Parampara and the wisdom of indigenous cultures.
The conference wraps up with a Valedictory Session featuring:
